Why needs ATD Cardox？
在製產中，有很多地方容易發生結塊、堵塞和積料現象。為了清理積料，很多時候你需要停止運轉才能進行清料。ATD Cardox系統是一種快速安全且最有效 的保持生產線連續運轉的方法。
It is easy to build up during production and build up can to slow down the production or sometime must shut down the factory to clean build-up. The ATD Cardox system is a fast, safe and effective way to keep the production line running continuously.
不用停機、停爐 No need to shut down factory
ATD Cardox系統可以在不需要停機冷卻的情況下，快速處理結塊和堵料，使製程回復正常。
The ATD Cardox system can quickly clean build-up and blocking without shutdown, the production can be normal operated.
節能省碳 Saving energy
相比空氣炮的能量損耗率來說，使用ATD Cardox系統就幾乎沒有損耗。ATD Cardox管使用壽命大約15年，每次使用均能發揮最大的操作壓力，所以在清堵時期內你將得到最好的效益。使用一支安全高效的加熱器就可以清理幾十噸積料，使全廠不會停機，在最短時間就可以回復到正常。
Compared to the Bin Blow the ATD Cardox system doesn’t need any extra energy. ATD Cardox tubes have a long life time at least more than 15 years. Each operation can have the maximum operating pressure to clean any hardest build-up and only one generator can clean so much more build-up. Again, the factory no need to shut down and in a shortest time production line should be nowmal.

ATD Cardox系統可以在生產線所有部位使用，因為操作者不需要進入回轉窯或生產線其他部位的內部，因此沒有被燙傷等危險，同時也不會有砸傷人的問題。這意味著你的工人不需要面對暴露的工作介質，工人只需要在一定安全距離外工作。二氧化碳是惰性氣體，所以一般不用考慮倉庫 / 容器中的氣體化學反應的問題，同時快速釋放的氣體可降低溫度，這不會使庫中的任何氣體混和起火。
The worker doesn’t need to entry rotary kiln or silo or hopper to operate ATD System to avoid any burning or any danger of build up collapse. The workers only need to work outside a certain safe distance to operate ATD System. Carbon dioxide is an inert gas, so it is generally not necessary to consider the chemical reaction of the gas in silos or in hoppers and the carbon dioxide can reduce the temperature and not catch fire.
低成本 low cost
ATD Cardox系統相比人工清理或者停機清理而言，使用幾次就可以收回它的成本。因為ATD Cardox系統包括一個高強度的可重複使用能裝填液態二氧化碳的高壓鋼管、加熱器和破裂片。加熱器、破裂片及二氧化碳是唯一耗材。當啟動Cardox加熱器後，加熱內部的液態二氧化碳瞬間成為氣體，高壓管中氣體膨脹600倍擊破破裂片，隨後釋放出達到1500 – 2700Bar的氣體。可以將ATD基座安裝在可能積料的位置，這樣可以使ATD Cardox系統在預先設定的位置進行清堵工作。使用ATD Cardox系統後，可以輕易的密封住，設備可以回復正常運轉 。直到下次使用 ATD Cardox系統為止。
Generator, shear disc and carbon dioxide are only consumer materials for ATD System. After each operating (blowing) should be inserted new generator, shear disc and renew carbon dioxide.
